Endless Noise Partners with Warner Bros. Artist Jessi Malay On Jumpin’ Holiday Track
Specially Written Track By Award-Winning Music Company Will Be Made Available On iTunes With Portion Of The Proceeds Going Towards Charity
Endless Noise, an award-winning music and sound design company, recently collaborated with Warner Bros. Records R&B artist Jessi Malay on a new holiday track. A portion of the proceeds will be donated towards charity.
“Any Little Thing for Christmas,” a remixed dance version of the “March from the Nutcracker Suite,” was the brainchild of Endless Noise Creative Director Jeff Elmassian, a Grammy Award-winning composer and accomplished musician. The idea came about after a successful collaboration with ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi/NY on a holiday commercial campaign for JC Penney. Elmassian was inspired to create a full-length track and was introduced to urban-pop singer Malay, who signed on to record the song.
The result is a catchy pop track that is currently streaming on Malay’s MySpace page, www.myspace.com/jessimalay , and the Endless Noise website, www.endlessnoise.com . Plans also include releasing the track on iTunes.
“We were originally writing this track for JC Penney’s holiday campaign and thought it would make a great single,” explains Elmassian. “We got in touch with Jessi Malay’s management team and within 48 hours we had our song and headed into the studio. Jessi was the perfect vocalist for the track. We contacted Eric Korte, our music producer from Saatchi on the JC Penney job, who thought it was a great idea. Eric sent the track to JC Penney. They loved it and immediately got on board. This was a textbook case for how to turn commercial music into fully marketable, branded content. We’re thrilled with the final track and ready to get it out there.”
