Deluxe Completes Acquisition of Rainmaker Post and Rainmaker VFX
Division is renamed Deluxe Vancouver Ltd.
Vancouver, BC – January 9, 2008 – Deluxe Vancouver Ltd., a division of Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc. (“Deluxe”) announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Rainmaker Income Fund’s (TSX: RNK.un) post production and visual effects business in Vancouver and its visual effects operation in London. The acquisition does not include its animation business in Vancouver.
