INDIANAPOLIS-In an effort to provide timely, high quality, 24/7 customer support on a global basis, Cine-tal Systems (www.cine-tal.com), a leading manufacturer of image processing, display, color management and collaboration solutions for digital cinema and video production, has launched a new international network of Authorized Service Centers.

Initially, the network will include three sites staffed by dedicated, factory-trained technicians. They include Imagica Digix in Tokyo, Japan, Janusz Rupik PVP Sp.z.o.o. in Warsaw, Poland and Cine-tal’s headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company plans to add several additional Authorized Service Centers in the coming months located in leading media production centers worldwide.

“As a company with an international client base, we feel that it is imperative to be able to respond to our customers’ support needs at anytime and anywhere,” said Cine-tal Systems director of customer support Bob Caldwell. “If a client encounters an issue on a Saturday in Tokyo, it can now be resolved through a local source that same day.”

The Cine-tal Systems Authorized Service Centers will provide both pre-sale and post-sale customer support. Services range from product demonstrations and customer training to systems repair and technical support. Round-the-clock emergency support is available through each location. “Our aim is not only to provide timely response when problems arise, but also to serve as a resource to our customers, helping them to get the most out of our products,” Caldwell explained. “At Cine-tal Systems, the customer is king.”

In order to qualify as Authorized Service Center technicians, staff from Imagica Digix and Janusz Rupik PVP underwent rigorous training from Cine-tal Systems factory representatives. The training encompassed the company’s entire product line, which includes CRT display systems, display processors and color management technology.
