HOLLYWOOD - December 30, 2008 - Advanced Digital Services, Inc., a leading global provider of value-added post-production services, announced the appointment of Jack Fleming as President of the post-production facility. Fleming previously served as the facility’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and has been with the company for 11 years.

In his new role, Fleming will be responsible for the overall management and well being of the company. “Jack will bring ADS into a new year of growth and development as we continue our tradition as the ‘best-in-class’ value leader in the post-production and media distribution industry,” said ADS’ founder/CEO, Andy McIntyre. “Jack’s proven leadership ability and extensive business background in many high profile companies for the past 20 years coupled with his ‘hands-on’ experience in the post production industry and at ADS makes him the ideal choice to help lead us to the next stage of growth,” he added.

Fleming’s other accomplishments as the former VP and CFO include management of the design and construction of ADS’ $5.5 million facility, and supervision of the financial, administrative and strategic planning for the entire company. Prior to joining ADS in 1997, Fleming was the CFO of Topa Management Co. in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for overseeing the finances of the property management company and the accounting of more than 90 residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. He also worked for CPA firms Reznick, Fedder and Silverman in Bethesda, Maryland, and Gary Iskowitz and Associates in Los Angeles. Fleming received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Penn State University and he obtained his CPA certificates from the state of Pennsylvania in 1986 and the state of California in 1987.
