Honoring the Documentary Nominees of the 81st Annual Academy Awards®

International Documentary Association (IDA) 27th Annual Nominees Reception

The IDA will celebrate the documentary films that are nominated for the 81st Annual Academy Awards® with a catered reception of light hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine followed by a program that will include clips from the nominated films as well as comments from the filmmakers. The Best Documentary Feature Film nominees are The Betrayal (Nerakhoon),_ Encounters at the End of the World, The Garden, Man on Wire and Trouble the Water. Nominated for Best Documentary Short Film are The Conscience of Nhem En, The Final Inch, Smile Pinki and The Witness – From the Balcony of Room 306.
