The announcement was made by John Frost and Patrick Bird, co-founders of SonicPool.

SonicPool officially unveiled its new Red Room this week, which boasts Real-Time HD or 2K Dailies to HD or 2K Tape, One Light Color Grading, Sound Sync, and Transcoding. Services also include real time digitization for Avid Offline Editorial (also immediately available on-site for utilization in one of their many Offline Edit Suites). Patrick Bird, co-founder of SonicPool said, “We had clients knocking at our door with a demand for these services, so we developed what we think is the best workflow, and most reliable and efficient way to supply Red services.”
