Kodak is once again supporting young creative talent in commercial film production by sponsoring the Young Director Award for the 10th consecutive year. The award was established in 1998 by the Commercial Film Producers of Europe (CFP-E). Winners of this year’s Young Director Award will be presented on June 24 during the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. The winning commercial directors will receive exposure to the advertising industry, and will be promoted both in Shots magazine and on the YDA website. They will also receive Kodak color negative film in support of their next project. The deadline for entries is April 30, 2009. more
